Happy July, friends! Time to get the summer fun started.

We already had our vacation (a week in a fabulous lake house with our kids and both sets of parents) and we're looking to squeeze in a lot of family activities around work and online classes before we send BOTH kids to college this fall! Gotta make hay while the sun shines.

Things are also hopping around here in the studio as I prep for Scrapbooking Summer School next month. I can't believe it's going to be our tenth year already! Since we have studio space now, we may be able to return to in-person classes in addition to the online mailed version. Stay tuned for details!

In the meantime, I'm playing with NEW Holiday 2022 mini catalog toys, to show you cute and easy-to-recreate ideas for those adorable papers and gotta-have-'em stamps. I can't wait to share!

Paper print a little too busy?

Have a pretty floral patterned paper that is just plain too busy for a full card? Tear the piece in half. Adhere the left half to the card base and cut flowers from the remaining piece to layer and embellish. Gorgeous 3-D effect!
