WELCOME TO AN ALL NEW
HAUTE OFF THE PRESS JULY | 2022 EDITION
Friends of FABRIC,
Starting a clothing brand and manufacturing a sewn product is not for the faint of heart. That's why we created FABRIC...to help you get through all of the obstacles that lay between you and your dream clothing brand. We created an Apparel Entrepreneur Roadmap that virtually guides you through every step and provides resources, downloadable, tips/tricks, resources, videos, and guidance through it all, and we scholarship hundreds of disadvantaged entrepreneurs into this roadmap annually.
However, we realize that some people prefer learning in person. So, we've got a couple of in-person "camps" for apparel entrepreneurs in July and August. Now you can learn in-person directly from FABRIC's Co-Founder, Angela Johnson.
COSTING CAMP IS HERE!
If you're trying to start your own fashion company we are sure you have questions; A LOT of them. Most importantly questions like:
How much does it cost to manufacture clothing?
How much will my design cost to make?
Is my idea even possible to make in my target market price point?
Well the answer is... Complicated. But not impossible! Every product, every idea, is just SEW different that you need to figure some things out before you get an answer. So if you're looking for answers to get your product off the ground, we got just the thing!
Join us for our first ever COSTING CAMP this week!
FABRIC Co-Founder Angela Johnson will teach you....
How to estimate the cost of your sewn product using a cost sheet.
What you can do to make your design cost less.
How much money you’ll need to get through development and manufacturing.
What you should charge.
What affects the cost.
SCHOOL OF FROCK - MANUFACTURING BOOTCAMP
Costing Camp is just the tip of the iceberg. If Costing Camp gets your creative juices flowing, you'll also want to join us for our apparel entrepreneur SCHOOL OF FROCK series in which we take a deeper dive into each of the main things you'll need to know to manufacture your clothing line domestically.
