Evening Meditation in July

Join us for a calm and relaxing end to your day at evening meditation. Leave your stresses at the woodland edge and let nature soothe your soul.

 

Morning Meditation in July

Start your day the right way with morning meditation. Relax and unwind in nature's beautiful morning sounds and find some inner peace.

 

T'ai Chi in the Park

Improve balance, stability and movement in this gentle moving meditation. Have some fun and help you mind at body at the same time.

 

T'ai Chi for Wellbeing

Come along and join our amazing group on a Saturday morning for relaxing and fun T'ai Chi. Develop new skills and make new friends.

 

Yoga for Wellbeing

Ever tried Yoga outside as the sun goes down? Well now is your chance. Join us for relaxing and soothing Yoga practice in nature. No pressure, your parctice, your way.

 

Yoga in the Park

Come along and join this Yoga session suitable for all abilities. Start with the basics and work your way up. Practice Yoga how you need to and how your body allows.

 

Join us for this subsidised Wild Woodland Wellbeing for Women session and take some time in nature that is just for you. Join a group of like minded and open people for a fun yet relaxing immersion in nature.
Get into nature with your family and come and have an adventure. Make new connections, learn new things and generally have fun on our Wild Woodland Family Adventure.
Experience nature as the sun goes down and see what animals come out after light. This is a great walk for all ages where you will learn about the plants and animals who share the woodland with us in the night. You might even get to see the bats!
Fancy carving your own spoon from a fresh piece of wood? Not sure where to start?
Then come along to this amazing session (subsidised by the National Forest) and have a go at a skill children can learn in Forest School.
All tools and equipment provided.

Timber 2022!
We had a wonderful time at Timber this weekend and it was lovely to see so many familiar faces as we were walking around or who came and joined us for meditation at Shivelight.
We're looking forward to next year already.

Join us for Yin Yoga on Tuesday 19th July at 6pm.
This one and a half hour long session will guide you through the calming effects of Yin Yoga and allow you to balance the Yang aspects of your life.
This practice uses all sorts of props to support you in longer held poses that allow time for inward reflection as well as deep stretches of the muscles and fascia.
