I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well. Psalm 139:14
Dear <<Greeting>>,

In the last part of June and early into July, we helped our sending church with their Vacation Bible School.  Keith taught the junior high group and Jenny was in charge of the snacks for the day.  Our church decided to hold the VBS from 8:30 AM to 12 PM, which made it possible for more parents to bring their children during the summer.  In Keith’s class, the theme verse for the week was Psalm 139:14: We are fearfully and wonderfully made.  They talked about doing unto others as you wish they do unto you and the wonderful parts of the body and how magnificent and intricate each one is which points to a Creator.  In church programs like this, kids earn points for saying their memory verses and having their worksheets completed, among other things.  One day, a child was upset because their craft was tossed in the garbage, along with all the others, after making it, because of how messy it was.  This upset this child very much.  Another child came over and consoled them and told them it was going to be alright.  Keith felt like this was a great display of being a doer of the Word and not just a hearer.  Keith awarded him with enough points to win the grand prize for the week which was a gift card to a place of video games and fun called Main Event.

Two weeks later, we helped our daughter move to Oakridge, TN.  We stayed there a couple of days to help her get set up.  We are praising God that she has found employment at JCPenney.  She is looking forward to getting married in May of 2023.  Bianca has been working very hard to make sure she has things planned for the wedding.  She has booked the venue, chosen the wedding dress, and chosen her bridesmaids and flower girl dresses.  Bianca has done a great job on the centerpieces and the décor also.  We are going to try to have it all, or at least most of it done before we move to Mexico in November.  It is difficult to plan things like this without being there personally.  Due to the cost of the wedding, we are limited on invitations.  Bianca has decided to have a separate reception at our church in an effort to include all of those that have had an influence on her life.
While we were in Tennessee, we took advantage of being close to one of our supporters.  So we met up with them for dinner.  It was great to see them and hear that they have been doing well with their move from Florida to Tennessee.  A day later, we drove back to Florida to finish out our month at a missionary house there.  While there, we came home one night and Keith was looking for something in the front bedroom bathroom and we heard a loud crash, like glass broke.  We thought it came from the kitchen.  After the initial shock, Keith realized that he heard it from the bedroom next to the bathroom, from where he had just come.  Someone had thrown a rock through the window of the bedroom.  After the police came and made a report, we taped up the window and went to bed.  Keith didn’t see anyone and the police did not have much to go on so no arrest was made.  Thankfully no one got hurt.
We got to spend some time with our sons and our grandsons.  Our grandsons loved to wake up early (5:30AM and 2:30AM) when we had them over to spend the night.  They certainly kept us on our toes as we are not as young as we once were.

At the end of the month, we packed our things and clean the place where we stay, which is an adventure, in preparation for moving to Georgia so we could visit with some of our partners.   Before leaving Florida, Keith was asked by Pastor Bryan to preach on a Wednesday and Sunday so he could take his son for his training to be a counselor at a Christian summer camp called “The Wilds”.  Keith was honored to be considered to preach and is always excited to share God's Word with His people.

We are now staying in Bogart, Georgia at a missionary house.  We are going to be visiting churches here in Georgia that we had visited before when we were here, to give an update.  Please pray that our meetings with the churches and potential supporters will be fruitful and our fellowship to be sweet.
Thank you for your prayers and financial support.
