ASSEK NEWSLETTER JULY 2022 EDITION 10
EDITOR'S NOTE
'A super trait of an entrepreneur is their ability to consistently and intentionally improve' - Anonymous

June has been a busy but a victorious month for the ecosystem. With the challenges brought forth by the ICT bill, we want to thank the community for standing strong in spreading awareness, through different channels, of the effects of the bill on entrepreneurship. It is through those efforts that the President paid attention and did not assent the bill into law.

Hongera!

Also we celebrated World MSMEs Day on 27th June, 2022. The theme expounded on the benefit of MSMEs in national economies. As ASSEK, we commit to move beyond the recovery of the ecosystem and consider ways to lower and eliminate barriers faced by MSMEs with the intention of improving the ecosystem through collaborations that encourage and empower ESOs in innovation and creativity.

We hope the new month will continue with more wins for the ecosystem.

If you are an enabler interested in joining ASSEK,
kindly send us an email at  members@assek.ke and we will get back to you as soon as possible on how you can be a part of this amazing association!

Best Regards,

ASSEK Team
