In June, Brad and I took a pause from filmmaking to share Maggie’s story and screen a rough cut of Episode 1: The Dustbin of History at the magical Keto-Live Conference in Switzerland.

We were honored to present on the same day as heroes and cast members like Dr. Nasha Winters.

Last week we kicked off our first online watch party for the “Stylist Watch Party” Indiegogo contributors.

The event went of with an absurd number of hitches, lol. Fortunately, our friends are very patient. In addition to getting their incredible feedback, we learned that we need to find another platform for the second watch party at the end of this month. Prepare to fire up the zoom. 🚀

The great Dr. Siddhartha Mukherjee, author of The Emperor of all Maladies (you may recall the 3 part series by Ken Burns Presents), reviewed the rough cut and agrees that

“CANCER/EVOLUTION relates a chapter of cancer research too rarely discussed.”

Of course, never one to be satisfied with a dream come true, I went back and asked him to be our narrator.

He’s out of town for the week but maybe it wouldn’t be so bad if he returned to hundreds of messages from folks who:

“heard you may narrate CANCER/EVOLUTION. So excited! It’s such an important project.”

New Website Coming Soon

I’ve heard you. And I’ve know from the beginning that our website is crap but the production is lean and it was a free WordPress theme I had on hand. Excuses, excuses.

Expect a new website next week that has all the features of the current one but is usable - meaning faster and more intuitive.

From there, I’ll be adding more features over time such as:

Videos of our full “thriver interviews” which are currently being slowing posted on YouTube.
Merch Shop. Are you jealous of the swag from our Stylish Watch Party? Don’t want to spent $250 on a T-Shirt? Soon you can get it at one tenth the price. Support us while having something snazzy to paint your house or wash your car in.
Resources including a database of metabolically informed clinicians as soon as I can. This is really the heart of what we’re here to do.
