JETAA USA Bylaws Committee

JETAA USA is is revising its bylaws, which are approximately 10 years old. Led by Country Rep (CR) Megan DeVille and the other CRs, the project aims to review and update the bylaws to better reflect a JETAA USA that has grown much larger and more robust. At least 1 year of experience as a JETAA Chapter Leader or comparable experience working at the JETAA national level preferred. Please follow the link to the form:

NatCon Planning Committee

In depth planning for the 2022 JETAA NatCon is starting and the CRs are looking for volunteers to help the conference run smoothly. We are recruiting US JET Alumni to help, whether you are a Chapter board officer or a JET Alumni out there in the wild interested in being more involved. It’s a great way to see how NatCon is put together and is a great experience for Chapters, board officers, and alumni, looking to host next year in 20xx or further down the road or just trying to be more involved in JETAA in general.

We haven’t confirmed just yet if the 2022 NatCon will be hybrid or online only. Regardless, we need lots of help to manage many of the online components and a variety of skill sets. Please follow the link to the form.

We are looking for JETs who can help with all aspects of the conference:

• 🕔 Minutes, ⏳ Time Keeping, ✌ Moderation, 📄 Brochure & Schedule Creation, 💬Chapter Communication, 💡 Idea Generation, 🌈 and anything else you might want to help with.

And we’d love to see you bring your skills to the table! Including:

• 🎨 Art & Graphic Design, ✍ Writing and Communication, 📊 Spreadsheet Prowess, 🧠 Info management and Infographics, 🧙‍♂️ Technology wizardry, 🎤 Emceeing and entertaining (and pub quiz masters?)
