Dr. Dent presents at the Academy of Management

Dr. Dent had two papers accepted for the international Academy of Management conference to be held in Seattle in August. Because of other travel, he opted to participate virtually. A 6-minute preview of one of his presentations is available here. In 1999, he published an article on resistance to change that was one of the most cited in that journal's history. The current paper is a 20+-year update of that work.

Dr. Dent traveling to Oxford, England

In late June, Dr. Dent will attend the Philosophy of Management international conference in Oxford, England. After the conclusion of the conference, he will study the archives in Oxford University's Bodleian Library to learn more about the lifetime work of Jim and Ellie Newton, as well as their colleagues in Moral Re-Armament.
