No Commercial Use of NACs
We were made aware today that an advertisement was placed on some doors in the neighborhood for a Cornhole Tournament with prize money at Watering Hole Park this Sunday. We have contacted the landscaping company responsible for the event flyer to inform them that commercial events are not allowed at our NACs (neighborhood activity centers).
While our trails and parks are open to the public, we do not permit use by commercial entities or organized sports groups to use our park areas and sports fields, our swimming pool, or our tennis courts. Non-resident individuals wishing to use our amenities, such as our outdoor pool, are referred to our Outside User Fee policy of $1,400. For any questions, to reserve a park shelter, or to report an issue, please contact us.

Chess Set Replacement at Picnic Park
The giant chess pieces at Picnic Park (the NAC with the Clay the Bear sculpture) were removed after a second vandalism last month involving youth. Seven of the pieces were broken in total, half of those last summer. The chess pieces that were still intact are in storage as spares. The developer will place a new chess set at the park next week.
We ask that if you have children playing outdoors in these areas that they be made aware of the importance of respecting the shared property at our amenities. If you see vandalism at any of our facilities, please report it to management. If you see it while it’s occurring, please call police first, then notify management.

CLA, the District’s billing provider, sent the email version of the billing statement a week later than usual due to an internal error, we apologize for the delay for those of you who rely on the paperless version. If you would like to receive a paperless version of your bill, or to receive the email version in addition to the mailed version, please email CLA to state your bill preference.
CLA will issue future bills five days earlier in the cycle, starting with the October bill, to help compensate for longer postal mail delivery times.

This year, approximately 9,000-10,000 linear feet of fencing are in the process of being stained in the following areas (view a filing map):
