The Real Enemy (Ephesians 6:12)
I love basketball. It was the only sport I played in high school. My kids also loved basketball; well, most of them. One member of our family, whom I shall not name (sorry, no $10), changed her mind about the game on the day she accidentally scored a basket for the wrong team! She switched to swimming. It is impossible to look cool after scoring for the other side, you know? Certainly no one would do that intentionally if they knew what was really happening (“Gee, I drove for the layup and no one tried to stop me!”).
Sadly, in real life some often score one (or many) for the enemy and never know it. Join us this Sunday at 10:30 a.m. as we search out what the Bible says about our true enemy!

A NOTE FROM PASTOR JERRY
So last Friday was an historic day. Anyone who believes the Bible and holds to the sanctity of human life would have to agree that overturning Roe v. Wade was a victory (albeit a limited one) for the pre-born. We continue to pray and vote accordingly. The President of Converge, Scott Ridout, penned a post this week that, for me, puts the whole issue into a biblical and loving perspective. Check out the link below:
