Jun 14 Meeting Recap

Due to COVID illnesses and concerns, we kept our June meeting short and focused on the essentials. About 17 members met to get their logo merchandise, pick up new Art Guild business cards, finalize details of the upcoming Anthem Ranch art sale event, and share art. Our planned demo/paint with liquid watercolors and art supply/book swap will be rescheduled for the fall.
Mid-Year Business Summary

Finance Summary: We are on track to finish the year with income equaling expenses. Since June 2021, our income was $3,738.15 and our expenses were $2,910.18, a difference of $827.97. Our bank and cash balances have remained steady through the year. As of June 26, 2022, we have $4,292.47 in our 1stBank account and $64.30 in our cash box. As always, please feel free to contact Tanya via email if you want a detailed transaction list.

Logo Merchandise Summary: All printed logo merchandise has been delivered. Design-Tec is currently screen printing a couple of corrections and additions to our last logo merchandise order. Dave and Judy Shelley will let everyone know when these items are ready.

There is still an opportunity to purchase a few more items with our fabulous new logo. Design-Tec has enough supplies to print the following if anyone is interested in purchasing additional merchandise:
  • 2 black aprons
  • 4 dark tote bags (Liberty Bags Susan Canvas Tote or Gemline Select Zippered Tote)
  • 8 light tote bags (Liberty Bags Leeward Canvas Tote)
  • 13 light colored shirts (Mens or Womens cream, white or silk colors)
  • 10 dark colored shirts (Mens or Womens black, charcoal or midnight navy colors)

Click this link to download a file with items, colors, sizes, and prices (which include tax).

If you are interested in purchasing one or more items, please email Dave and Judy Shelley (judavshell@aol.com) to specify what you want by July 8 and then pay for the items by July 15 either by check or PayPal with a note of what you ordered in the memo field.
