·    2-3 cups romaine or red leaf lettuce, rinsed and torn. 

·    1 cup strawberries, halved

·    1 cup small broccoli

·    1/3 cup mint, chopped

·    2-3 green onions, finely chopped

·    ½ cup feta crumbled

·    Handful of hemp seeds or sunflower seeds

·    1 firm avocado, cut into small equal chunks

Step 2: Creamy Feta Dill Dressing Ingredients

·    1/3 cup plain yogurt

·    1/3 cup sour cream

·    1/3 cup mayo (not light)

·    1/3 feta cheese crumbled

·    Dash of dill (fresh is better)

·    2 tbsp of white vinegar

·    1 garlic clove

·    1 tbsp maple syrup

·    2 tbsp water

 

Combine dressing ingredients into a small food processor and blend until smooth. If you skip the water and vinegar, you get more a feta cheese dip. Spoon big dollops of this dressing over your salad and garnish fresh dill, mint or green onions. Toss to serve.
