We're in the last lap of June this week - hard to believe eh? We've so enjoyed the last couple of months at SJ1 and we're excited to be looking into July.

This Sunday we will be looking at week two of our series "The Good, The Bad, and the Not so Ugly". This is the second message in the "Good" portion of our study of David's life.
Pastor Graham is looking forward to diving into the classic story of David and Goliath. We will be asking the question, what has God asked of us that seems impossible?
Take note of this Wednesday night's Level Up Party with Pastor Martin. Youth are welcoming all students going into grade six to level up and get a taste of what the Fall will be like as Full-Time youth members.
Get them out and engaged!
Have you volunteered your time and energy with us over the last year? Are you interested in volunteering in the coming months? If so, that makes you Partner!
We want to celebrate our SJ1 Partners by having a party! Meet up with us on ThursdayJune 30th at 6:30pmso we can give you a proper thank-you and celebrate together. It's been a wild year, you deserve the chance to sit with peers and reflect on all that has been accomplished through your commitment and God's leading. Not to mention the chance to just be together and get to know each other better is pretty great too!
Take note of the dates and special speakers we have lined up for Beulah Family Camp this year. It's always nice to get together at camp!
Youth can meet up with Pastor Martin at 6:30 on Wednesday nights to have the chance to play, learn and engage with the Faith.
Keep your youth connected to Church and let this ministry assist you in cultivating their Spiritual Formation.
During the week of July 4th Beulah Family Camp is happening. Due to the commitments of the staff for this yearly event the office will be closed during that week.
Keep in mind that all pastors are available by email for regular needs (see bottom of email for those addresses). In case of emergency support you can call 506-654-7837 to reach our Lead Pastor directly during that week.
Connect for Prayer:
Gloria Wilson passed away Tuesday morning, June 21st. Be in prayer for Dr. H. C. Wilson and his family. Arrangements for the funeral are being planned for July 6th at Beulah.
Elizabeth Brewer has been admitted to the hospital with some health concerns. There is a run of tests being done to identify a diagnosis. Be in prayer for her and the family during this difficult time.
