Local audiences welcomed to the University for public event

A wide-ranging audience came together on 15 June at The Edge building on the University’s Claverton Down campus. The public information event offered the chance to hear about the University’s strategy and partnership working with other organisations in the region and to pose questions to the panel.

Bath Unlimited launches new Young Professionals Network 


Bath Unlimited, the initiative established during the pandemic to energise the sustainable growth and future success of the Bath region, has just hosted its first Young Professionals Network meeting. The network is aimed at young professionals under the age of 35 working or living in Bath to grow their business networking skills and to help deliver Bath Unlimited’s aim of promoting Bath as a thriving hub of business.

Children's summer camps with TeamBath

There are plenty of opportunities for young people to stay active and have fun during the school summer holidays with sports camps at the University of Bath, running on weekdays from 25th July to 26 August inclusive.

Team Bath Tribe’s camps for children in school years 2-8 include athletics, netball, trampolining and multi-sport sessions in the inspirational surroundings of the Team Bath Sports Training Village.

Bookings are also now open for Team Bath Tennis camps for children aged six-14. All of the summer holiday sessions can be booked on a daily basis, providing total flexibility to fit in with work or holiday plans.
