Last chance to register!

Summer Board Conference is just a couple of weeks away, and we are so excited to see you! Whether you want to join us virtually or in person, be sure to register by July 1!

CANCELLATION AND CHANGE FEE

There is a $50 fee for each registration change (switching between in person and virtual) or cancellation received after July 1. No-shows will be billed the full registration fee, including any registered meals.

Already registered?

After registering, you will have access to the Attendee Hub. Here you can plan your schedule, reach out to other attendees and learn about OSBA services.

Both in-person and virtual attendees will have access to the desktop and mobile versions of the hub. To download the mobile app:
  • Search for CVENT events in your mobile app store, and download.
  • Open the CVENT events app, and type OSBA in the search bar.
  • You should see OSBA's 2022 Summer Board Conference.
  • Click the down arrow on the right to download the conference file.
  • Then click the right arrow to open the conference inside the mobile app.
To log in to both the mobile app and the desktop version of the Attendee Hub, enter your first name, last name and email address when prompted. You will then be sent an email with a confirmation code to enter.

Note: Each time you log out and close the app you will be required to log back in with this information.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS


Hotel room blocks are filled. If you need to book hotel rooms or add your name to the Riverhouse or overflow hotels wait lists, contact Sarah Herb at sherb@osba.org or 503-588-2800.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Reminder: OSBA does not tolerate discrimination, intolerance, harassment, aggression or ill will of any kind at any OSBA event, or via electronic communications. Participants asked to stop such behavior are expected to comply immediately. If a participant engages in such behavior, OSBA retains the right to take action, such as but not limited to warning offenders or expelling them from the event with no refund and limiting future participation in OSBA events.
