Two let teachers SHINE projects

Boromi – is aimed at Early Years.  They are scaling-up their Play Libraries programme across schools located in the North of England
Boromi ("Borrow-Me") is a non-profit, multi-award-winning network of early years Play Libraries. They work in partnership with primary schools across the UK to improve early outcomes through building more purposeful shared play and positive interactions into the home environment. 
Limited school spaces to start from September 2022 are available to reserve now. If you’d like to register your interest, you can do so via this Expression of Interest form or you can get in touch anytime at hello@boromi.co.uk.

Maths Masterclass – is aimed at primary Maths.

NNoSS - SEND Review consultation event


NNoSS and the Department for Education give you the opportunity to provide your perspectives to the SEND Review. Previously members had given funding consistency as a priority: place funding, EHCP and funding uncertainties, along with staffing and tribunals.

At this event a DfE representative will hear your views on these and other aspects of the consultation.

Opportunity North East (ONE) Celebration Event
 


Calling all North East education leaders, trust leaders and school improvement leads to join a half day event on July 5th to celebrate the work of the Opportunity North East (ONE) programme.


Register now through Eventbrite by Tuesday 28 June, to join us and other education leaders in the region to hear directly from those who have delivered and benefitted from the work of ONE. We will share and discuss the elements of each project that are showing impact, that you can use in your own school(s) to help you answer:

·       How can I improve the transition between primary and secondary in my school(s)?

·       What are the key elements to effective school improvement?

·       How can I develop my maths workforce to improve outcomes?

·       What activities will shift the dial to improve careers education and higher education access for my pupils?
