Exciting News!!

Hello Dear Friends!

I have exciting new to share with you! I am now seeing clients in my new, York location, and Hanover office. I’m even more excited about Biofield Tuning, the sound healing work I am doing.  I’ve been using my downtime taking classes to expand my Healing work.! This Biofield Tuning modality is a groundbreaking therapeutic method that uses sound to relax and reset the nervous system. And I love that Biofield Tuning is effective for our animals as well! More Biofield Tuning news in “RELAX RETUNE AND RESET” below.

I think about you often. I hope you all have been riding the tide of these uncertain times. As we navigate our way, many of us have learned to be more discerning and to trust our intuition. “Hmmm, how does that feel to me?” I ask that simple question of myself every day. Sometimes several times!  It serves me well. Sometimes I get a “loud” answer. And other times it comes in a subtle way. I have learned to listen to my body. Does it feel relaxed (YES), or tight (NO)? I actually ask the question, sometimes out loud. It sets the intention of getting an answer!

I’ve noticed that so many people have really opened up to Spirit, their Guides and their Intuition over the past two years. If you haven’t noticed your inner voice and team of helpers yet, check out the “INTUITION TIP” below.

It’s good to be back sharing the Light, sprinkled with tips and tidbits of fun information.

Sunshine and Smiles,
♥ Jacqui

RESET, RELAX, and RETUNE!

Discover the groundbreaking therapeutic method that uses
sound to relax & reset the nervous system.

Biofield Tuning is a sound therapy method that works directly with the electric current that runs through our bodies, and the magnetic field that surrounds it.

EXPERIENCE IT YOURSELF!
Jacqui will facilitate a 50-minute GROUP TUNING to create flow throughout the spinal column and encourage resonant, energetic alignment. By opening the energetic flow between the back energy centers, we experience renewed resiliency and a more integrated sense of self, as well as being more open to receiving. This is particularly beneficial for anyone experiencing bouts of anxiety and stress, over thinkers, caregivers and those experiencing fatigue.

Clearing the back Chakras opens our ability to receive abundance, intimacy, support, love, and inspiration and more.

Biofield Tuning is a powerful method that addresses precisely WHAT is keeping us stuck. With therapeutic sound, we can bypass the conscious mind, and work directly with our unconscious patterns, leading to real, lasting changes in our physical, mental and/or emotional wellbeing.

INTUITION TIP:
First Step to be Intuitive-It's All in the Pause

You keep reading about how to receive intuitive information, but has it happened yet? Have you ever really relaxed enough to allow yourself to receive intuitive wisdom? I tell my students, “Don’t try so hard!” Think allowing! Become a gentle receiver of information. We are like an antenna. It simply receives and sends information without any effort.

To get in that receiver mode you can do whatever relaxes you…meditation, yoga, walking, gardening, playing with your dog, etc. All good!  But there is something else there for you every second of your personal day – THE PAUSE.

You can put your attention on your breath anytime. You get double benefit if you do it when stuck at that horribly long red light, in a long grocery line, waiting for an eternity in a doctor’s waiting room, or in line at the fast-food drive-up window.
Let’s take advantage of these annoying times and not be annoyed by them!

Practice the “pause” instead:
1.    Switch your attention to your breath. Breathe out—long, slow, and steady.  See how long you can stretch each exhalation out.
2.    Keep exhaling and slowly count 1 and 2 and 3 and 4 as you exhale.  Feel yourself exhaling for longer periods of time than you are inhaling.  So, if you inhale at the count of 1 and 2, then exhale at the count of 1 and 2 and 3 and sometimes 4.
3.    Now notice that there is a split second of quiet and stillness at the very end of every exhaling breath. Notice that still moment again and again.
4.    Now watch and feel yourself inhaling.  At the end of each breath in, there is also a split second of quiet just before exhaling.  Notice that very still moment again and again.

There are 2 moments of pause within every single breath that we take.  Each pause offers a still moment in your physical body…. a still moment in your rampaging thoughts…. a still moment in your hectic day…. a still moment in your life.

The stress hormones immediately drop, and your brain instantly becomes the gentle, passive receiver of intuitive signals and wisdom. This pause makes room for your brain to notice the very subtle. This pause is there for you every minute of your life. This pause is the key action to take that people often miss when searching for their intuition. It is there for you wherever you go and whatever you do.

Summer Safety: Protect Your Dog as the Temperature Rises

It’s hot out there!

Temperatures surged all across the U.S. this week, with most states experiencing temperatures over 90 degrees. Yep, it’s Summertime! And, it’s loaded with fun outdoor events. Barbeques, sporting events, picnics, festivals, and parades are all on tap.  And we like to take our furry friends with us! I understand that one dog enthusiast is trying to get as many people as possible to come with their dogs to 4th of July parades across the country. That would be great if it was a cool September day instead of hot July.

Unfortunately, I’m looking at the heat index and how it translates to asphalt temperatures and other surfaces, and want to caution you. My Golden Retriever puppy breeder was more direct. She says, “Please DO NOT take the dogs.”

Simply put, it can be dangerous for them to be there. Everything from dog heat stroke to pad burn and dehydration can occur. When I saw the chart she shared below, I thought “Holy smokes! I surely wouldn’t want to walk on that asphalt in my bare feet!”

Wherever you are, when it’s hot, always be alert for heat stroke. Have water to drink and use it to cool off your dog. Look for shade. Stay safe.

(More information on recognizing and treating heat exhaustion coming in my next issue.)
