Old Town News
There is a lot of movement going on in Old Town. Here is a quick rundown of what is happening and lots of pictures.
Poco a Poco Patio (Nick Garcia's): A new patch and stucco job being completed one building at a time.
Poco a Poco Patio (Nick Garcia's): Puzzled has newly completed stucco job.
Tiny Grocer @ Back Street Grill: Tiny Grocer ABQ is taking over the old Back Street Grill location. This is not the best picture but here is some of the work being done in what used to be the main dining room.
Headquarters Barbershop: Certificate of Appropriateness posted for a new stucco wall around the property as well as new stucco colors and trim. The colors according to the Landmarks commission is tan for the stucco and Marian blue for the trim.
Candy Lady: A new shade structure is being assembled next to the building. There is no certificate of appropriateness so I can only guess where it may be going and what it may look like.
Work @ Hacienda del Rio: Warpath Trading Post will be moving into shop at the entrance of the Hacienda Del Rio building. Here is a picture of the buildout and work being done.
New Landscaping @ Christmas Shop - Luminaria Plaza: Lots of new landscaping completed in front of the Christmas Shop and Salsa Saint. I may be biased but it looks much better! (Note: The editor of the this newsletter is the owner of the building)

CHANGE: Warpath Traders moving from PDL to Hacienda del Rio gift shop space
GONE: Babe Bar (San Felipe St) is gone. For sale sign has been removed for the property.
GONE: That's Cute gone from 328 San Felipe patio
