Let’s be honest! One does not have to be a genius to know that ‘Measuring Service Experience’ is vital for an organisation to flourish. But the question always remains ‘how’. We had a great discussion in our Touchpoint Roundtable dealing with this topic and we are very happy to share the recording with all of you! Let’s watch and learn together!
