Manufacturers' Price Increases:
SEPTEMBER 2022

Essity strives to provide you with reliable access to the Tork products and services you count on, today and in the future.
However, with inflation now reaching a 40-year high and impacting our business in North America and the collective professional hygiene industry, we are taking additional steps to offset rising energy, raw material and distribution costs.
Price Increase Effective September 1
Effective September 1, 2022, Essity Professional Hygiene North America will increase the prices of towel, tissue, napkin, wiper, skincare, dispensers and specialty products by up to 18%, with select items potentially increasing more than 18%.
SC JOHNSON PROFESSIONAL (DEB)- SC Johnson Professional Skin Care Categories Effective September 1, 2022: Skin Care 6.5%, Stoko Legacy 8%, Dispensers – No increase.
AUGUST 2022
EDGEWOOD MATTING
In light of proportional price increases from our manufacturing partners, we are reluctantly announcing the
implementation of a 10% price increase all product lines, excluding Athletics, that will take effect
August 1, 2022.
TENNANT COMPANY
Tennant Company is announcing a price increase effective August 22nd, 2022. In a very dynamic environment, unprecedented inflation has continued throughout the first half of 2022 impacting materials, labor, and freight.
Tennant has been unable to cover the entire cost of this unprecedented inflationary impact, which is resulting in a price increase of Equipment between 3-10%, Parts & Consumables 8.1% on average, and outbound freight 10% effective August 22nd, 2022.
JULY 2022
CLEARTECH
We have seen significant increases in Sodium Hydroxide and Chlorine gas from our supplier thus resulting in varying increases across multiple products.
Increases effective July 1, 2022
W. RALSTON
Resin suppliers are implementing a price increase on all grades of polyethylene raw materials. They are citing the tightness of polyethylene resin supplies, rising feedstock cost, increasing demand and inflation cost.
In response to the resin increase, effective with orders placed on or after July 20, 2022, we will increase our selling prices by 4% on all W. Ralston products, including garbage bags, drop sheets, poly film, vapor barrier and all food service packaging products.
ATLAS GRAHAM FURGALE
AGF will be issuing a pricing adjustment of 7.5% effective July 1, 2022.
NACECARE SOLUTIONS
Costs for raw materials, labour and all logistics have continued to increase significantly to a point where we have no option but to adjust our prices effective Monday July 4th, 2022.
Parts and accessories will be increasing by 6% across the board.
KARCHER
General increases on parts, accessories and equipment. Effective July 1, 2022.
US CHEMICAL- various price rice increase on chemical products, effective July 1, 2022
JUNE 2022
DIVERSEY CANADA
In recent weeks, we have been faced with incremental inflation driven by the Ukraine / Russia crisis, for which we have seen a significant impact on energy, gas and oil prices. This is in addition to the previously announced supply chain constraints seen in the market, which was earlier communicated. With regards to our doing business with Russia, Diversey no longer imports any raw materials or products from Russia. We have also been faced with a situation where our suppliers are implementing price increases which have resulted in a major cost impact for us. As a result we are implementing a price increase of 8%.This will be effective June 1, 2022.
3M
As we proceed through 2022, we continue to face inflationary pressures which continue to challenge all of us. Pricing changes will be required to offset these pressures.
Effective June 1, 2022, we will be adjusting prices on selected products. Specific % and details to follow.
MAY 2022
SPRAYWAY - We continue to be impacted by dynamic market conditions resulting in increased costs for components, raw materials, packaging, freight and labor. As a result, we will implement the following price adjustments for all orders shipped after May 1, 2022:
- $0.18 per unit price on aerosols, wipes and dispensers
- 7% increase on bulk items; 4x1 gallon, 5 gallon and Drum items.
OSTREM - Unfortunately, raw material costs continue to rapidly increase. Of particular concern are chlorine and caustic soda. Producers of these raw materials have increased prices twice in the last 3 months and we simply cannot absorb them. Items containing significant percentages of these ingredients will increase effective May 1, 2022. In addition to these raw materials, some surfactants, solvents and glycerine have also been greatly affected.
US CHEMICAL - We will be implementing a price increase of 8% on all equipment and 8% on Foodservice and Laundry products, ordered on or after May 15, 2022.
KRUGER - Kruger Products continues to experience cost escalation on several inputs including fibre (pulp and recycled fibres), corrugated and resin-based packaging, transportation, and other commodities. As such, we will be increasing contracts and select list prices up to 12% as of May 1st, 2022. Please note that select contracts, products and categories may be subject to higher increases.
