Winter exercise
Like all seasons Winter too brings its gems. Cool brisk walks, warm yummy food, footy and holidays up north and of course all the fun that comes with a visit to the snow.

If you are getting away to the snow or escaping the cold we wish you a wonderful time. Our staff are also making plans to have a break and visit family overseas that have been dearly missed for almost 3 years, and we wish them all the very best. 


Winter can be a great time to move inside and continue (or start) strengthening the body for the warmer months that await us.

Elyse is off to Varese, Italy, with Rowing Australia

Underage World Championships rowing at Varese
Elyse will be travelling to Varese, Italy, to support the Australian U23 rowing team at the Underage World Championships.

The World Championships will run from July 26th to 31st. It’s exciting to see International racing resume for our Australian athletes. We wish the athletes, support staff and Elyse a successful regatta!

Rowing Pre-Season Screening

Get a head start on the rowing season with a physical screen, conducted by one of our expert rowing physios.

A physical screen will identify risk factors for injury, including reduced joint mobility and strength deficits.

We know rowing places a very unique demand on one’s flexibility and strength and that these demands vary at different phases of the rowing stroke.

The Rowing Screening Tool we use at Spring follows recommendations from Rowing Australia, and from this land-based screening tool we gain an insight into your performance in the boat. Read more

Sally can be found at the Harold Holt hydrotherapy pool doing one-on-one rehabilitation with a wide variety of clients.
