OECD work on LGBTI+ inclusion

On the occasion of Pride Month 2022, Marie-Anne Valfort and colleagues (ELS) created 3 short videos with Out@In, the LGBT+ employee resource group at LinkedIn on the following topics:

• Are businesses doing enough to create LGBTI+-inclusive workplaces?

• Why should businesses become more LGBTI+-inclusive? Because this is a human rights imperative... but also because it makes a lot of economic sense!

• How could businesses become more LGBTI+-inclusive?

This is important OECD work on inclusion. So please spread the word and share the links among your stakeholders.

Issues with PrEP reimbursement

GLOBE has become aware of the different reimbursement rates of PrEP by Henner. In France, PrEP is reimbursable at 100%. This also applies for OECD officials on OMESYS. If you have been prescribed PrEP and received less than 100% reimbursement, you may consider contacting Henner and/or the prescribing physician to make sure the correct procedures are being followed.
