Our *new* Salmon Sammy is picking up steam!
Our seared salmon with lettuce, tomato, pickled red onion, cuke and radish is topped with our own tartar on a delicious pretzel bun.
Chef Matt had found this to be a fave during his time running the kitchen at the Mirror Lake Inn so, he suggested it for our menu. Maybe you'll love it, too!
