2022 Adult Summer Reading Program
Good News! Our Adult Summer Reading Program, "Good Food, Good Books, Good Times" has been extended to Sunday, September 18! That gives you three more weeks to earn prize tickets for your summer reading T-shirt! We will announce prize winners on Sunday, September 25 at our Wrap-Up Party!

New! Database Tutorials
The Library offers many specialized databases to help you in all subject matters and now, many have short tutorials to jumpstart your research. Our most popular subjects are genealogy and newspapers. Along with our paperback and magazine exchange, we've added a puzzle exchange. Take a puzzle, leave a puzzle. Find our exchange near the new DVDs in Adult Services.
Homebound Delivery
Are you homebound and unable to come to the Library? Let us bring the Library to you! The library provides free delivery of Library materials to Elk Grove Village residents and registered cardholders who are physically unable to come to the Library due to disability or illness. Please call Chris at 847-725-2160 to request homebound delivery.

Take your vinyl decal skills to the next level by learning how to turn a vinyl decal into a screen printing template that you can use to make dozens or even hundreds of t-shirts and tote bags.
Learn about 3D printing and computer aided design (CAD) by designing a simple phone stand using Autodesk Fusion 360, then making it using our 3D printers.
Youth Services will offer in-person, virtual, and take home kit programs in August. Some programs require registration. Registration opens on August 26 for September programs unless otherwise indicated. Check our website calendar and Facebook Page for details and updates. Program formats, days, and times are subject to change.
Drop by the library to make a simple craft on your own or with the help of a parent/caregiver. The craft will be available in Youth Services, while supplies last.
Have you tried embroidery? Want to create some beautiful designs? This club is for kids interested in embroidery and sewing, with and without experience.
