NOTICE OF MEADOW SPORTS FC'S
RE-SCHEDULED ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
 
Meadow Sports Football Club's Annual General Meeting will now be held on Thursday the 21st of July.
 
After the soaring temperature led to postponement of our planned AGM, we have rescheduled it for this Thursday, 21st July at 7:30pm. The meeting will take place at the Clubhouse in Loop Road.
 

We will be Electing / Re -Electing Committee Members. 

The main Committee positions are as follows:

CHAIR

VICE CHAIR

SECRETARY

TREASURER

CHILD WELFARE OFFICER

REGISTRATION SECRETARY 

PITCHES COORDINATOR 

DISCIPLINE OFFICER

GIRLS YOUTH DEVELOPMENT

BOYS/MIXED YOUTH DEVELOPMENT

4 x AGE GROUP COORDINATORS
Mini Meadows – U8s
U9s – U12s
U13s+
Girls’ teams

3 x existing Committee members will also be appointed to serve on the Meadow Sports/Old Wokingians Committee as MSOW TRUSTEES

 

Other Committee positions are:

TOURNAMENT ORGANISER

ENGLAND ACCREDITED (WAS CHARTER STANDARD) OFFICER(S)
SOCIAL SECRETARY 

KIT COORDINATOR 

EQUIPMENT COORDINATOR 
TOURNAMENT VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR

PITCH INSPECTION OFFICERS 

If you feel that you can volunteer to help out in a committee role or just in general for the club then please contact our secretary Brian McConville on meadowsecretary@gmail.com

The Club ask if all managers for the 2021/22 season could attend the AGM, together with any potential new managers for the 2022/23 season.  We also welcome anyone interested in helping the club or if you have any ideas to help improve the club in the future.  Your voice counts.......
