Our equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) training provides a space where managers and employees can explore what valuing diversity means in practice and how we can all play a part.  This training adopts a supportive, pragmatic approach; it creates an atmosphere where issues can be openly shared, discussed and managed effectively to achieve positive outcomes.


The training is highly interactive and it includes discussions based on real-life scenarios.  By sharing best practices, delegates build confidence to effectively recognise and deal with inappropriate attitudes and behaviour in the workplace.

1-day face-to-face course or virtually over two shorter sessions.  We can also deliver a condensed version of this course.
