Pueblo County Fair Open Class:
Did you know you can enter the Open Class Competition at County Fair? Any Pueblo County resident can enter!
Get your non-4-H friends and family involved in the fair! Or maybe entering something yourself! It’s free to enter; you don’t have to be enrolled in a project or do a record book. Just bring entries on July 24th and join the fun.
There are lots of categories to enter! See all the rules and class list here.
Chuck Wagon Cowboy Dinner Food Drive:
This past weekend, 4-H Youth aged 8-13 attended 4-H Camp. The theme was Wild Wild West, and the Counselors decided to host a Food Drive as a community service project. Attendees brought non-perishable foods (with a Western twist!), and the donations will be used to provide a Cowboy-themed Chuckwagon Dinner for the Pueblo Cooperative Care Center.
4-H Leaders and Staff would like to thank all the campers and their families for opening their hearts (and pantries) to those in need this summer. See y'all next time, ya hear?
Livestock Council T-Shirt Fundraiser:
The Livestock Council is raising funds by selling t-shirts!
A mock-up of the design is at right, and the logos of the sponsors will be printed on the back. Shirts are $25.00 each and are available in a variety of sizes. Order your shirt today!
If you would like to support the Pueblo County 4-H Livestock Council by ordering a t-shirt contact Jill Laca.
