We’ve already passed half of 2022.

I don’t know about you, but… what a year it has been. 

My intention for this year was transformation and boy, did my life transform!

After 4 years, I said goodbye to living abroad, I ended relationships with some people, I quit my job,…

Overall,
 I let go of what was no longer serving me.

I built beautiful courses for you to find peace and calm. 

I met beautiful new souls, spent more time with friends & family, and started a new chapter of my life in Belgium. 

​And it’s only the beginning. We still have half of the year left. 

Do you also feel like time flies by so quickly? Or that you never have time?

Do you even realise how much you have grown, achieved, or shifted this year?

We all grow and evolve.

We just need to stop and look back once in a while to see the progress. 

My favorite way to stop time and reflect is my ✨ personal reflection practice✨. 

I sit down, and write, type or record my answers to 20 questions every year, mid-year.

It helps me to check in with myself, my values, where I stand in life and where I’m heading next, what I’m appreciate of, what I can let go of, and so much more.

I’m inviting you to join me in this yearly self-reflection practice.

It will leave you feeling more in tune with yourself, grateful for what you have and excited for what’s to come!

And it will shine light on what you can let go of and what you can improve or work towards to.

  9. what does success mean to me?
  10. what does happiness mean to me?
  11. how do I want my life to look like?
  12. what are my deepest fears?
  13. what happens if they come true?
  14. what are my biggest dreams and goals?
  15. what do I want to accomplish in this year?
  16. what will I need to do in order to get there?
  17. what self care practices will I try out?
  18. what habits will I incorporate in my life?
  19. what goals will I set (SMART)?
  20. what do I want to let go of? what qualities about myself might be causing problems?
