"Knutsford Homes for Ukraine is a local community group from Knutsford and surrounding villages aiming to sponsor housing for a Ukrainian family fleeing from the war zone. We hope to raise enough money not only to pay for rent for a year in a furnished safe home but to provide support and friendship to the family. Many people would like to help provide accommodation but are unable to do so, but together we can."

Unfortunately our friends' arrival has been delayed due to issues with gaining their Visa's from the home office, but their arrival is iminent. Thanks to the wonderful generosity and donations of local people, we have been furnishing and equipping their new home and it is ready for them when they arrive. We are hoping to secure another property soon to give a safe home to our Ukrainian neighbours feeling the war. We still need your help to give ongoing support to the family until they are on their feet and work towards providing a second and third property.
