🗣️ Deliver an engaging talk or industry workshop as part of a school STEM event!
 

A collection of schools in Enfield are preparing for a 2-day ‘Big Bang @ School’ event - and would love some representation and support from games industry professionals on the 13th and 14th of July. Could you give a games-related presentation or workshop to encourage students onto a path in games and tech? There are also plenty of other ways to get involved at this exciting event - such as being a judge in a STEM competition - so please do check it out! 

This opportunity is in-person in North London.

 

Take part in an industry Q&A for young people! 

Games industry skills organisation Game Academy is running a games industry panel for young gamers & developers in education, to give them insight into the industry and make the right career choices in the future.

Could you take part in a Q&A to help them understand the power of gaming, the transferrable skills it grants them, the games industry, and the opportunities it offers?

🙋 We need Games volunteers to talk to 14-25-year-olds about the industry!

UK Charity 'The Screen Film Community' is looking for a range of industry volunteers to talk to a cohort of young people about the games industry. These career-seekers are undertaking a games summer programme and would love some useful advice about how to enter the sector! 

This opportunity is taking place on any Friday until the 2nd of September.

Snappy Gurus are hosting an entirely virtual careers event on their discord server! They plan to have over 50 talks, interviews, portfolio review sessions, and Q&A with people from both the film and games industries. A timetable will be released on July 10th, so be sure to join to stay up to date.
