We are pleased to invite you to Brightcon 2022, an annual conference relating to "Brightway", the Free and Open Source Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) framework. This is a python set of libraries that helps take LCA above and beyond what traditional monolithic LCA software allows (implementing microservices, performing faster Sensitivity Analyses, adding own business logic on top, etc.).

Why you should attend Brightcon 2022:
- Python is open-source and it serves the purpose of the century: sustainability!
- The conference will be followed by a hackathon.
- We will offer training on the tool, so that you can use it afterwards within your organization.
- You can share your Brightway experience with the open-source community. Brightcon attendees will be able to use, review and share the word about your work, or get insight into how to optimize your tools and products.
- Deliver your organization’s message to the Brightway community, by submitting a talk or a poster presentation.
We strive to facilitate an environment for open-source projects and their associated organizations to thrive, and have organized this conference to create a community and foster interactions.
