Once upon a time, long ago in a land far away, we all enjoyed
"Life before COVID-19".
Sadly, one of the many things that COVID took away from us was our annual Ventura County Fair and all the fun that went with it.
Well... The Fair is back!
And VC-CWA is jumping right back into it!
From August 3-14, we will once again be co-hosting fun and activities in the Agriculture Building at the Ventura County Fair. This is, without a doubt, the largest outreach event that we tackle every year - and it's great fun! Volunteering for Fair requires no special training, just a willingness to meet, greet, smile, and help Fair guests enjoy their visit to the Agriculture building.
Please click the link below to sign up for a shift or two, or several! We are looking for volunteer greeters at our booth (and remember, greeters get to take cute pictures of lots of cute kids at Fair!), and help with some of the special events happening in the Ag Building.
Plus: For each day that you volunteer, you will receive a free admission pass to Fair!
