Rae-Anne Medford has worked in the workplace relations sector for almost 30 years. Rae-Anne has been a Director of WorkSight Pty Ltd since its inception in 1996. Rae-Anne’s career has involved both working with Australian organisations concentrating in the not for profit sector and internationally for United Nations Agencies, such as the International Labour Organisation in Geneva where she has provided internal and external consultancy services. She has lead NGO delegations on three occasions to the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women in New York.
Rae-Anne has qualifications in industrial relations and human resource management and is an accredited mediator concentrating on workplace conflict.
