Card on file service with Square is currently offline.

Yesterday we learned of an issue with saving cards on file in the Bidstation app. We have identified that the issue is coming from Square’s integration and are working with their team to fix it as quickly as possible. Currently we do not know how long this will take.

Until this issue if fixed, the function of saving a card on file will not work and the error in the image below will be presented from Square’s card flow in the app.

This is the first time since creating the Bidstation app that we’ve experienced an issue like this and are treating with the highest priority.

Please take time to consider how this will impact your event planning and create a backup option should this issue still be present when your event is taking place.

We will send a notification as soon as the issue has been fixed.
