New Joys and Concerns:
  • Rob Krabbe, dealing with regulating Afib and blood sugar levels, and looking for answers relating to severe nausea.
  • Paul & Carol Bingle's nephew, Chris Ford's blood count is too low for him to receive chemo treatments.
  • Paul & Carol Bingle, prayers of joy for their niece and nephew's visit over the weekend, along with their 7, 5, & 3-year-olds (7/31). Also, Carol broke her glasses. Prayers appreciated that they would get those issues worked out.
  • Kailyn Dickson is on a mission trip to Colorado Springs this week with the youth group from the Methodist Church.
  • Ed Doubek, who we have been praying for while in Sterling Village, has been transferred elsewhere and is now entering hospice care.

Updates:
  • Amy & Ava Jones of Nickerson were hit by a vehicle while visiting Louisville, where they have since been in UofL Hospital undergoing treatment, the plan is to get them into an outpatient rehab facility in Wichita by August 17th.
**We encourage periodic updates. If we have not had an update in six weeks, we will remove names from the prayer list. If you would like to add a name back to the list, please let us know.
Continuing Prayers:

  • All those who are traveling and those struggling with the heat.
  • Evelyn Calderwood, the sister-in-law of Margaret, was admitted to the hospital in Wichita with pneumonia and Afib (7/28).
  • Family of Reese Gibson who died Saturday (7/23). We've been praying for Reese's leukemia. He leaves behind mom Neoshea, brother Trace, and other friends and family.
  • Lauren, a friend of Kim Christian.
  • Linda Simpson recovering from gall bladder removal.
  • Jenni Dickson and her health issues. Pray that God would lead her to a Dr. who has answers.
  • Melissa Krabbe's dad Jack Marzano recovering from cancer surgery on his mouth and throat (7/12). 
  • Carla Davison and her immunotherapy. Read her latest Caring Bridge post here.
  • Samantha Corwin (pursuing theological education).
  • Paul & Carol BingleLeota BushellLinda SimpsonTom & Kaffie Alber, and Shirley Wise.
  • Elaine Dill at Swing-Bed in Lyons, Ruth Barker, Ron Wilson, Fran Calderwood, Marian Poe, Ed Doubek, and others at Sterling Village.
