Hey Faith Family,

I hope you’ve enjoyed some of the cooler temps this week! It’s been a nice break from the high 90’s and low 100’s!

This is your friendly pastoral reminder that this Friday is our City First Luau with City First Christian Academy at our West 11^th property! If you have a Hawaiian shirt, be sure to wear it! Also, don’t forget to bring a chair if you have one! Invite a friend to enjoy great food and music, Hawaiian Hula Dancers, Kona Shave Ice Truck, Volkswagen Van Photo booth, and more! It’s from 6:30-8:30 pm. Stay for the after party – we will be watching Moana on a big inflatable screen and eating popcorn!

And don’t forget, this Sunday is Pastor Janae’s last Sunday with us. We will have a special time of prayer for her in the service. Bring a card of love and support as we send her and her family off to New York!

The Downtown Sanctuary will be open for you to come and pray Monday-Friday from 12-1 pm beginning next week.

Meet at the lake at 11:30 am or ride the City First Church bus from the Fairfield campus at 11:00 am.
Chicken, cole slaw, & rolls are provided.

Messtival | Saturday, 8/20 pm
12-3 pm at the Fairfield Campus

Who: Kids, Pre-K to 5th grade
When: Saturday Aug. 20th, 12-3 pm (Messy Lunch will be provided)
Where: Fairfield Campus
Featuring: Water Slide & Foam Pit and lots of other messy fun!

What to bring: Kids should dress in comfortable clothing that can get messy and possibly stained. Bring a water bottle to keep hydrated and a towel!

Life is Messy- But Jesus loves us through the mess and gets us through the messiness!
