Weekly Prayer Focus

Psalm 39:12

“Hear my prayer, O Lord, and give ear to my cry; hold not your peace at my tears! For I am a sojourner with you, a guest, like all my fathers.”

This coming week, please lift up the Moule Family - Chris, Stef, Madelyn, Hailey, Eloise and Abigail - before the throne of grace. As well as general prayers, ask the Lord if there are any particular requests we could be making on their behalf.

Potluck

Potluck is on every 2nd Sabbath of the month (next one is August 13). We need additional volunteers to help keep potluck COVID safe. Please contact Claire Lane (0410 667 684) to volunteer or for more details.

ENDITNOW Online Event

All alumni and friends of Avondale from all years and classes are welcome. The heart of Homecoming: the reunions for those in the honour years. If you studied or worked at Avondale in 1952, 1962, 1972, 1982, 1992, 2002 or 2012, 2022 is your honour year.
Get your friends together for Homecoming 2022 on August 26-27. Join us on the Lake Macquarie campus (pending COVID-19 related requirements) or online. Either way, we want you there!
