It's Time for Our Staff Picks for August!!
Debbie didn't need to think twice! Without a doubt, her favorite product right now is 100% pure Tea Tree essential oil! Did you know that tea tree oil is great for mouth health? Debbie says: "I had some canker sores on my lip and gums. I applied tea tree oil to the affected areas and it helped clear them up quickly!" Tea tree oil can also be used as a mouth wash, when diluted with water. Tea Tree oil is a great essential oil to keep on hand, year round.
Cathy P.'s favorite -- dark chocolate-covered grain-free pretzels from Savor by Suzie! She likes them because they are "not too high in carbs, sodium, or sugar. And dark chocolate has polyphenols!" And most importantly -- they taste great!!
Tracie -- picks Solaray's 100mcg selenium. She says: "I figure I can't go wrong adding selenium to my daily arsenal. In my family, there is a ton of history of heart disease, thyroid issues, diabetes, and abnormal pap smears. Low selenium levels contribute to all of these. So I take it as a preventative. Also, an oncologist once said that if every woman took selenium, there would be no breast cancer. For those reasons, I keep it in my supplement regiment."

Marilyn's favorite -- hands down, is Cheesie Herbie Popcorn by Pop Zup!! With its nacho cheese-like taste, it is Vegan, non-GMO, and gluten-free. Popped by hand in coconut oil, and dusted with sea salt, cumin, paprika, and turmeric -- it's super crunchy and tastes incredibly delicious!!
