Teaching Garden - Community Volunteer Day

Dear neighbors,

I am really looking forward to our August 12th community volunteer day for the Jean Krulis Teaching Garden! If you have been at the Church or the Pantry lately, I'm sure you've noticed the new deer fencing surrounding the space and the piles of lumber inside. We'll be using that lumber to assemble the raised beds inside the garden, and also putting down some landscape fabric in the aisles to help control weeds. It might be hot, but the work shouldn't be too difficult. I'm looking forward to seeing some familiar faces, meeting new friends, and sharing ideas about what the Jean Krulis Garden can be.
