Can you believe it is less than 100 days now until LIVEXchange?! Have you bought your tickets yet? YLEN members, reach out, as there is a discount code to "Western on the Waves".

This month, YLEN members have been on the road, with a presence at Katherine & Darwin Show discussing all things live export including career opportunities & what a day looks like for those in the operational/logistics & ESCAS management roles.

YLEN Chair, Kari Moffat spoke on a Live Export panel at BeefUP, an MLA forum at Kidman Springs to discuss the current situation in-market alongside MLA's David Beatty, Deputy Secretary at the Department of Agriculture, David Hazlehurst and the Managing Director of ACE, Patrick Underwood.

The second round of Mate-to-Manager is up and running, with a whopping 16 candidates meeting weekly with Jill Rigney. An incredibly diverse cohort of individuals from a wide range of backgrounds. Keep your eyes on our socials to learn more about them!

In just a few weeks, LiveCorp's Shipboard Training Course begins in Darwin, the first one in years!  We can't wait to meet the new YLEN members!

If you are, or know somebody within the Broome area, we will be there to say hello! In conjunction with the Livestock Collective's Livestock Leaders workshop, YLEN will be holding a small networking opportunity. More details can be found below.

We will also be holding a webinar to discuss building drought resilience in Northern Australia on the 17th of August, open to all of industry!

As always, sing out if there is something we can help you with, or if you'd like to see something different.
