Mona Vale SLSC Officials Course

An Officials training course has been arranged for Sunday 28th August 2022 1.30pm-3.30pm at Mona Vale SLSC.

We need officials if Mona Vale SLSC wants to compete in any events for surf sports.

This year, Branch has informed us that they will continue with block racing. Meaning that select age groups will
compete at selected times. We can spread the load across all age groups and so will only need to do
a couple of hours per competition, per official. If numbers are low, I’m sorry but I’ll have to allocate families to nominate a
member to take the course.

Once you have completed the course in full, please forward your receipt to the club office for reimbursement.
An on-line training component must be completed prior to the face-to-face component.

To complete the Online Component:
Go into your SLS Members Portal (the one used for registration) and select:
• E-learning
• Training Library
• SLS Officiating
• SLS Technical Official

Complete the two modules required.
