We're keeping the games cold, but only just. Just kidding - we don't think they're about to ignite, but we absolutely recommend having something cold to drink while playing - and remember to get a coaster, so condensation water doesn't go everywhere.

It will soon be autumn and SPIEL

We've said it before: We're going to SPIEL in October.
SPIEL is the world's greatest board game fair, and the place to find the newest games.. If you want to join the Bastard Tour to SPIEL, you have to sign up now, as we'll begin counting the participants Monday the 8th of August at noon.

Living Forest is Game of the Month

The choice was probably obvious when Spilbraet suggested Aske Christiansen's Kennerspiel des Jahres-winning Living Forest as Game of the Month. In the game you are nature spirits defending the forest from fire, pushing your luck to see who does it best.

Aske will be dropping by the cafe to present his game on the 16th of August. Come try it.
