Turnover Hunger is back! Batesville High School and Milan High School varsity football teams are uniting for the 2022 season to Turnover Hunger through the Weekend BackSack program. Donate or pledge your support at www.rccfonline.org/ to feed local food insecure children!

Chalktoberfest 2022 is on October 8, 2022, under the umbrella sky in Batesville. We are accepting registration for high school and middle school artists to create a book cover for their favorite book and inviting spectators to check out this event.

Day of Giving - Save the Date

Annual Day of Giving is on November 4, 2022 from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. at our office at 13 East George Street, Suite B, Batesville, IN.
A 50% Match is available to qualified gifts.

Small Grants Awarded
 2nd Cycle Small Project Grant Recipients:
  • Hispanic Community Advisory Committee ($500) to purchase textbooks and other educational materials for in-home learning.
  • Milan CARES ($500) to provide hygiene bags to students during a Super Saturdays event.
  • Milan Community School Corporation ($500) to purchase graphing calculators for high school students.
  • New Horizon’s Rehabilitation ($500) to purchase food for their Let’s Get Cooking pop-up program at the Galley Commercial Kitchen and Meeting Space.
  • So Loved Kids Closet ($500) to purchase clothing for kids to pick up items he/she will need to return back to school during their Back to School Bash.
  • Summer Food for Kids ($500) to purchase healthy, nourishing food for students each week during the summer break.
We are now accepting applications for 4th cycle small project grants up to $500! Nonprofit organizations may apply online at www.rccfonline.org/grants/ by 11:59PM on Friday, December 2nd.
 
Second round of 25th Anniversary Grant applications are due September 9th!

2022 marks the Ripley County Community Foundation’s 25th Anniversary.  In honor of that milestone, the Board of Directors will award $100,000 in grants to nonprofit organizations that serve the people and places of Ripley County.  The first round of grant recipients were announced on June 21st during the Ripley County Community Foundation’s Annual Dinner, with $50,000 being awarded to 5 nonprofits.

Applications for the second round of 25th Anniversary Project Grants are available at www.rccfonline.org and are due Friday, September 9, 2022.  The second round of grant recipients will be announced on November 4th during the Ripley County Community Foundation’s Annual Day of Giving. 501(c)(3) organizations can request between $1,000 and $25,000. As a result of offering the 25th Anniversary Impact Grants, the Ripley County Community Foundation hopes to assist organizations in implementing a project or program that will: 1) create a sustainable impact amongst one or more communities, 2) establish cross-community or cross-county partnerships, and 3) closely align with at least one the four service areas.
