Save the Date! Equal Access Rule Training
Please Save-the-Date for Monday, August 1st from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm for an Equal Access training co-hosted by Sam Williamson from the Homeless Persons Representation Project and Becky Burrow from DHCD's Homelessness Solutions Team. This training will provide an overview of the HUD Equal Access Rule, which requires equitable access to homeless services for client identifying as lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT). We will also provide guidance for navigating some of the challenges of providing a safe space for LGBT clients.
