Rostered Ministers now qualify for student loan forgiveness

Until July 2021, the PSLF program excluded church workers from consideration, but that exclusion has been removed, and many pastors and deacons may now be eligible. This is an opportunity for those who have served congregations or specialized ministries to greatly reduce the burden of their educational debt.

Determining whether you qualify for PSLF and completing the application process can be cumbersome, but there are resources available to help you. Learn more

The pandemic, political divisions, climate change, and other world events have notched up our feelings of fear, judgment, and distrust to an almost fever pitch. But we don’t have to live like this. We can live in a kinder, gentler way for the sake of ourselves and others — through compassion. Discover what compassion is, how Christ modeled a life of compassion and how we can grow our compassion “muscle” and bring it into action in our lives during the “Living Compassion for the Sake of the World,” Compassion Retreat. Our featured presenter will be Pastor Elaine K. Olson, MDiv, LCPC and a certified spiritual director.
