Gym sessions

We still have spaces for our free gym sessions, hosted by Park Club gym, near Didcot.

These sessions will be weekly on Thursdays from 2-3pm from 4th August to 22nd September, with no session on 25th August. You will need to make your own way there, and attend each session. 

The first session (4th August) will be an induction, with the following sessions being focused around Body Balance, with the option to use other gym facilities if you would like.

Skydiving

Experience the biggest adrenaline rush of your life! Skydive for Oxfordshire Mind and help make sure no one has to face a mental health problem alone.

You'll do your jump on 24th September, and all sponsorship must be raised by 20th August.

Sport in Mind 

Finally, just a quick reminder about Sport in Mind, who provide a brilliant service and have a wide range of different physical activities on offer across Oxfordshire.

Sport in Mind are a mental health sports charity who deliver free, weekly physical activity sessions for anyone 17+ who is experiencing mental health issues. The sessions are there in order to aid recovery, promote mental wellbeing, improve physical health, combat social isolation and empower people to move their lives forward in a positive direction. The sessions are lots of fun, for all abilities and drop-in sessions, so there is no need to book and no referral is required. The sessions are all delivered by a qualified instructor and all equipment will be provided. Carers, friends and family are more than welcome to accompany participants to the first couple of sessions – the more the merrier!
