The Charlotte Gamecocks are gearing up for the fall with the return of many great events like game-viewing parties and the Business Breakfast Speaker Series. There are also lots of new events so be sure to follow the Charlotte Gamecocks on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to stay up-to-date. Here are are few highlights!

Charlotte Gamecocks Have a New Watch Party Venue

The Charlotte Gamecocks have a brand new bar for watch parties this fall! The Horseshoe in Southend is opening soon and will be the #1 destination for all Gamecocks in the area on gameday.

Calling All DMSB Alumni!

On October 4th the Darla Moore School of Business is hosting a networking reception for alumni, friends and corporate partners. Dean Peter Brews and staff will share an update on the school and how the alumni network can help connect students with internships and full-time placement opportunities. Enjoy beer, wine, and heavy hors d'oeuvres. Bring your business cards for networking. Admission is free. Bring a friend.

Dickson Rose Scholarship Golf Tournament Golf Photos Available

Earlier this summer the annual Dickson Rose Scholarship Golf Tournament raised over $8,000 to support future Gamecocks from the Charlotte area. It was a beautiful day on the course filled with fun and fellowship.

The tournament got us one step closer to endowing a fourth scholarship for a Charlotte Area student.
