Events at QFBW August 1-6

When a class is full, the option to book online will be grayed out. If you are unable to register, please send an email to be put on the waitlist and indicate which class you would like to attend.
If you want to register for a class online, but want to pay at the studio, please click the Redeem Class Pass (does not apply to special events) or Coupon Code button, which will reveal a field that asks for Code or Email. Enter code payinstudio.
Special Gentle Yoga Series  j will be teaching all three Gentle Yoga classes this week, and the classes are organized around principles of Yoga that include the Yamas or things we should observe in our life, the Niyamas or ways we live those observances externally, and the Asana or physical expression of Yoga, which does not need to be restrained to the mat.
