Tide Pools presented by the Newport Aquarium's WAVE Foundation

Saturday, August 27

11:30am and 1:30pm
Location: Cardinal Room

Celebrate the end of the summer with us and Newport Aquarium's WAVE Foundation! Tide Pools form along rocky coastlines as the water level lowers when tides go out. Sea urchins, horseshoe crabs, conchs, and hermit crabs survive the harsh extremes of dry low tide, submerged high tide, and crashing waves in-between. Join us to learn about the environment, the incredible ways these animals survive, and meet a few of these heroic tide pool champions! There will be two program times to allow for large crowds. Please join us at 11:30am or 1:30pm.

A special thank you to Firefly Children's and Family Alliance for their sponsorship of this program!
