Annual salary £44,315.47 + benefits

Who are we looking for?
Reporting directly to the Asset Manager, this position will allow an experienced Surveyor with a suitable building related qualification the opportunity to build on their technical skills and experience. You will be working within a small, high performance Property services team and will work alongside our contractors and consultants.
 
You will be responsible for ensuring that our properties are maintained to the highest standards and that all compliancy requirements are met. We are particularly interested to hear from you if you have experience of day to day reactive repairs inspections, dealing with specifications for disrepair cases, and delivering void works in line with set standards and timeframes. In addition, we are also interested if you have an M&E background or Compliancy experience.
 
This is an interesting and diverse role that will draw on your skills and experience. You will be on the front line representing ccha and will be expected to deliver high standards of customer service. The role will require excellent communication skills when dealing with a range of diverse customer groups and you will be a key person in developing relationships with our contractors.
 
This role will suit someone who is organised, logical and measured in their approach to achieving their objectives, a typical week will be split between site based inspections and office/home based working.

Financial Foundations with Natwest Bank 
 
Would you like to gain the confidence and skills to manage your money better?
In partnership with NatWest, we are offering 3 linked workshops to help younger people (aged 16 – 20), or those new to the UK’s banking system, understand how a bank works, how to read a payslip, what impacts income, managing debt and tips on how to budget. Places are limited and group discussion is encouraged – please bring your questions and be prepared to join in.
All workshops will be online and FREE,  try to attend all workshops to gain an full understanding. 
 
The first workshop is on Tuesday 9th August 11am
This first workshop covers essentials such as what a bank can offer, how to read a payslip, reflections on personal spending habits, budgeting and things that can impact your income.
 
The second workshop is on Tuesday 16th August 11am
Changes & Choices – attitudes to spending, avoiding and managing debt (also touches on gambling)
 
The third workshop is on Tuesday 23rd August 11am
Keeping Your Money Safe – Scam Awareness
